The titles below not of new Netflix shows. These are real life stories that emerged from an executive workshop I ran for Seers software development firm in Sydney, Australia.
The leadership team walked into the room believing that they are in the business of "digital transformation etc...".
At one point during my storytelling process, the shift happened! They stopped feeling and thinking as software developers and business people, and started feeling and thinking about themselves and their clients as humans.
The tipping point was realizing their real why is: change, love, voice, empowerment, access, equality .... not digital transformation!
Once that shift happened, the beautiful stories you see and many others emerged. Their stories, not mine! I was just there to help them find them and capture them.
